Ambassador Carlos E. García is a career diplomat from El Salvador that served his country at the United Nations from July 1996 to June 2014, being his last position as Permanent Representative of El Salvador to the United Nations. After a successful career of 23 years in the public sector, Ambassador Carlos E Garcia founded “CG Global Consultant” in July 2014 as a consulting business focused on the international relations, Youth Education and international outreach students, Information and Communication Technologies, Social Development, Culture of Peace, and the Sustainable Development.
